The Tongtong Cheese Donkatsu (350g) features a combination of mozzarella string cheese and provolone cheese, allowing you to enjoy the unique chewiness and flavor of the cheese simultaneously. Additionally, the cheese is wrapped with thinly sliced domestic pork loin to enhance the texture.
It is also fried twice using refrigerated fresh breadcrumbs, making the batter crispy and savory. Made in a stick shape that is easy to eat in one bite, it is convenient and simple to enjoy. It can be cooked in an air fryer for 13 minutes.
