Game Industry Hiring Season Begins... Netmarble and NC Recruit New Employees
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] The gaming industry is launching open recruitment for new employees.
Netmarble will conduct open recruitment for new employees on the 24th. This recruitment involves a total of three companies: Netmarble, its development subsidiary Netmarble Neo, and Gurobal Games.
Applications can be submitted through the Netmarble recruitment website from today until 5 PM on October 11. After written tests and interviews in November and December, the final successful candidates will join the company in January next year.
The positions open for recruitment include 13 departments such as Business PM, Marketing, Software Development, Big Data, QA, and Management Support. Netmarble Neo is recruiting for four departments including Game Planning and Client, while Gurobal Games is recruiting for Client and Server departments.
Netmarble will also hold an online recruitment fair called 'Netmarble Town' using a metaverse platform from September 30 to October 1. Interested candidates can apply on the Netmarble recruitment page from today until the 27th. Participants in the fair will receive preferential treatment during the document screening stage of the application process.
NCSoft will also start open recruitment for new employees on the 27th.
This recruitment covers a total of 20 departments including Game AI, Engine Development, Platform Development, Business Strategy, Human Resources, and General Affairs.
Applications can be submitted on the NC recruitment website from the 27th until 2 PM on October 8. The recruitment process includes document screening, NC TEST (personality, aptitude/job skills), first interview, second interview, and medical examination. The final successful candidates will join the company in January next year.
NCSoft provides information to applicants through an 'online recruitment briefing' and 'online one-on-one job consultation.' The online recruitment briefing will be broadcast live on NCSoft's official YouTube channel from 7 PM on the 29th.
