Mayor Oh Se-hoon Attends 'Education on Preventing Sexual Harassment and Other Violence'

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] On the 24th, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon will attend the '2021 Second Half Violence Prevention Integrated Training' along with about 100 employees, including the Seoul city executive team and senior officials of grade 3 or higher.
In this training, lawyer Go Beom-jun will serve as the instructor and give a lecture for about 90 minutes on the topic of 'Sharing Cases of Sexual Harassment and the Role of Managers in Prevention.' There will also be a Q&A session with the participants.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, Mayor Oh, the executive team, and minimal personnel including department heads and bureau chiefs will attend in person at the Seoul City Hall multipurpose hall, while the remaining employees will participate via the video conferencing platform Zoom. Seoul City plans to broadcast the lecture live internally so that any employee can watch the training.

Seoul City has been conducting special training with the goal of eradicating sexual harassment within the organization. It plans to continuously promote violence prevention education and gender sensitivity training in the future.
