KB Securities, Recruiting 3rd Customer Panel
[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] KB Securities is recruiting the third customer panel of the year to collect customer feedback and reflect it in various services.
KB Securities announced on the 23rd that it will select customer panel members called 'KB Star Messenger' through an online survey until the 25th.
In this third panel selection of the year, a total of 40 customers who respond to the preliminary online survey, actively express their opinions, and indicate their willingness to participate as customer panel members will be selected. The preliminary online survey is conducted by sending a mobile (LMS) URL to some customers who recently opened pension accounts through KB Securities' mobile trading system (MTS) or other non-face-to-face channels, or who have joined KB Securities' customer service 'Prime Club' (as of July 31).
The selected customer panel will perform tasks remotely such as ▲improving the pension non-face-to-face channel (MTS) ▲experiencing, evaluating, and proposing content for the Prime Club service.
