Information Industry Association Donates 40 Million KRW to SME Love Sharing Foundation
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Small and Medium Business Love Sharing Foundation announced on the 23rd that the Korea Information Industry Cooperative delivered a donation of 40 million won, prepared together with its member companies, to the foundation.
The Information Industry Cooperative has been participating in donations since 2012, and has supported the Love Sharing Foundation with 130 million won to date, leading sharing activities for underprivileged groups.
Han Byung-jun, chairman of the Information Industry Cooperative, said, "Amid the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, we prepared fundraising together with member companies in the hope that the flame of hope will not be extinguished," adding, "We hope to become a seed of hope in places in need across the country and help overcome crises amid difficulties."
