Naval Training Aircraft Crashes in Residential Area of Lake Worth, Texas
[Asia Economy International Desk Reporter] On the 19th (local time), CNN reported that a military training aircraft crashed in a residential area in Lake Worth, Texas, USA, during a training exercise.
The instructor and trainee aboard the aircraft ejected from the training plane and were hospitalized, and fortunately, no civilian injuries were reported.
The Lake Worth Police Department in Texas received a report of the aircraft crash at around 10:53 a.m. and responded to the scene, where they found one person who had ejected from the Navy's military training aircraft 'T-45C Goshawk' caught on power lines. Another person who had ejected was found nearby.
They are affiliated with the Navy and had taken off from Corpus Christi International Airport in Texas to conduct a regular training flight. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
The instructor is currently in stable condition, and the trainee is also alive and receiving treatment at a medical facility, the Navy stated.
