According to the industry on the 18th, Lotte Department Store will operate the same-day delivery service "Baro Delivery" at all stores in the metropolitan area until the 19th for customers preparing last-minute Chuseok gifts. Baro Delivery is a special holiday set delivery service that delivers holiday gift sets purchased for over 70,000 KRW within 3 hours to addresses within 5 km of the purchasing store via quick delivery. After a pilot operation at the main store during last year's Chuseok, it was expanded to all metropolitan area stores from this year's Lunar New Year holiday and will be operated again until the weekend just before this Chuseok holiday.
Hyundai Department Store operates the "Holiday Last-Minute Delivery Service" at seven stores nationwide, including Apgujeong Main Store and Sinchon Store, until the first day of the Chuseok holiday on the 20th. Customers who purchase gift sets can receive same-day delivery if they order by 5 PM on the day of purchase within a 5 km radius of each store. Customers who purchase Chuseok gift sets worth 50,000 KRW or more receive free delivery, while those who purchase less than 50,000 KRW can use the service for a fee of 5,000 KRW.
Nine stores nationwide, including the Trade Center Store and The Hyundai Seoul, which close the day before Chuseok, will provide last-minute delivery services until the 19th, the day before the holiday. Hyundai Department Store Trade Center Store, Cheonho Store, Jungdong Store, Kintex Store, Pangyo Store, Daegu Store, Ulsan Store, Chungcheong Store, and The Hyundai Seoul will be closed on the 20th and 21st, while Apgujeong Main Store, Sinchon Store, Mia Store, Mokdong Store, D-Cube City, Busan Store, and Ulsan Dong-gu Store will be closed on the 21st and 22nd. All eight Hyundai Outlets nationwide will be closed on the 21st.
