Naver to Hire "Triple-Digit Scale" New Graduate Developers in Second Half Recruitment
Naver, which announced plans to hire 900 developers this year, will open its second half new graduate developer recruitment on the 17th.
The scale of recruitment is in the triple digits. This open recruitment is an integrated hiring for technical positions, and after joining, individuals will be assigned to roles such as Frontend (FE), Backend (BE), Android app, or iOS app development based on their personal capabilities, growth potential, and job demand.
Eligibility requirements include new graduates or those with less than two years of experience who have graduated or are expected to graduate by August 2022 from university or graduate school. Applicants can apply regardless of their major. Those interested can submit their applications through the Naver recruitment website by the 29th.
Naver will announce successful candidates in early December after document screening, online coding tests, technical interviews and corporate culture fit assessments, and comprehensive interviews. Considering the COVID-19 situation, interviews will be conducted via online video calls.
Successful candidates will join between December this year and early January next year (those graduating after February 2022 will join in the first half of next year). After joining, they will experience various programs to quickly grow as developers in technology and service fields, including new employee training.
Hwang Soon-bae, Naver’s lead HR manager, said, "Naver invests about 25% of its annual sales in research and development, securing proprietary technologies in various areas such as search, commerce, advertising, content, and infrastructure, and expanding into the global market. We look forward to the interest and applications from talents who will challenge the global market and grow together with the company while engaging with users worldwide."
