Jeonggwanjang Opens 'Jinsaeng Museum Cafe' in New York, USA
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] The red ginseng brand Jeong Kwan Jang opened the ‘Ginseng Museum Cafe by Jeong Kwan Jang’ in Manhattan, New York, on the 14th.
‘Ginseng Museum Cafe,’ the world’s first experiential store created by Jeong Kwan Jang, combines a museum and cafe format to allow visitors to directly experience the efficacy and premium value of Jeong Kwan Jang red ginseng.
It visually reproduces the history and value of Korean ginseng, cultivation and processing methods, and efficacy using 3D sculptures and digital videos. Additionally, the store features a ‘Red Ginseng Brewery (Extraction Zone)’ where visitors can see and taste the 24-hour extraction process of the decoction, providing a ‘pleasant experience’ for visitors.
