KB Kookmin Card, 2021 New Employee Open Recruitment... Applications Accepted Until the 27th
Hiring Planned for 6 Digital and IT Sectors Including Content Planning, Data, and Platform Development
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] KB Kookmin Card announced on the 14th that it will conduct rolling recruitment for new employees related to digital and information technology (IT).
This rolling recruitment targets a total of six areas: ▲content planning ▲data ▲platform development ▲IT development ▲system operation ▲information security. Following last year, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the written and interview stages will be conducted in compliance with COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
Applicants wishing to join can submit their applications regardless of academic background, gender, age, or major through the KB Kookmin Card recruitment website from 2:00 PM on September 14 to 6:00 PM on September 27.
Online competency tests will be conducted from September 30 to October 6 for applicants, and the written test by job type is scheduled to take place in October.
Regarding the written test, for the content planning and data sectors, evaluations based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) for basic job competencies and digital/data financial knowledge will be conducted. For the four sectors of ▲platform development ▲IT development ▲system operation ▲information security, practical tests such as programming will be conducted alongside the basic job competency evaluation.
Final successful candidates will be announced in November after passing the written test and interview stages, including interviews with field experts.
