Preparation of 'Carbon Neutrality Commitment Pledge' for Residents
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] On the 13th, the Volunteer Center of Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam, announced that about 10 members of the Consumer Education Association participated in a promotional campaign to practice carbon neutrality during the Chuseok holiday period at Wanghu Market in Hapcheon-eup, coinciding with the market day.
On this day, the campaign involved having residents write a 'Carbon Neutrality Practice Pledge,' and distributing 100 bottles of EM fermented liquid and 300 eco-bags for shopping bags.
This campaign is part of the 'To the Mountains, Water, and Rivers' program, selected as a public project in the carbon neutrality category of the Gyeongsangnam-do Volunteer Center's excellent programs. Its purpose includes writing the 'Carbon Neutrality Practice Pledge,' distributing EM fermented liquid which has effects such as odor removal and restoration of self-purification ability, and promoting the efficacy of EM and its use in daily life.
