[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] The Cheongna International City Beach Park Camping Site in Incheon Free Economic Zone will open on the 28th of next month.
According to the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority on the 10th, the beach park camping site, developed on a 40,377㎡ area in San 5-19, Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, consists of 65 camping spaces including 7 caravan zones, 44 auto camping zones, and 14 tent camping zones, and is equipped with multi-houses such as restrooms, shower rooms, and washbasins, as well as a convenience store.
Nearby, there is a Sunset Park with excellent sunset views, and visitors can use the Skate Plaza, Family Picnic Area, and Children's Forest Experience Center through connecting pathways.
The camping site usage fee ranges from 20,000 to 220,000 KRW depending on the specifications. For more details, inquiries can be made to the Park Team of the Cheongna Park Project Group at Incheon Facilities Corporation.

An official from the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority said, "The Beach Park is a mountainous camping area with dense forests created by reclaiming the former Cheongna Island and surrounding mudflats. It features an RC game field, adventure playground, circular walking trail, and observation rest area," adding, "It is expected to become a healing spot in the city where people can experience natural forests and ecology."
