Starfield Hanam, Win-Win Farmers Market... "Supporting Expansion of Sales Channels for Farms"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Starfield Hanam announced on the 10th that it will hold the 'Win-Win Farmers Market' until the 12th to help expand sales channels for farms nationwide struggling due to COVID-19.
The Win-Win Farmers Market features participation from 20 farms nationwide, allowing visitors to experience local specialty products directly cultivated and produced by farmers. This event uses eco-friendly packaging materials such as cotton cloth, wild countryside flower corsages, and hemp twine. In one corner of the venue, there is also an exhibition called 'Nongsim Yejak,' showcasing photographs of Korean agricultural products.
Lee Hyun-joo, representative of the Middle-aged Women Farmers CEO Central Association, stated, "Since it is a difficult time for everyone, there were not many opportunities to showcase our agricultural products, but the response from farmers was very positive upon hearing the news of holding the Win-Win Farmers Market with Starfield Hanam ahead of Chuseok."
