Kyochon F&B Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Pangyo Headquarters

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Kyochon F&B, the operator of Kyochon Chicken, held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new headquarters in Pangyo, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 8th.
The new Pangyo headquarters will have a total floor area of 14,011㎡ (approximately 4,200 pyeong), consisting of 4 basement floors and 11 above-ground floors, and will be built on Block D5-2 of Pangyo Second Techno Valley. Kyochon stated that it decided to build the new headquarters to quickly adapt to changing times in a more creative environment and to further expand the potential of its employees.
Scheduled for completion in May 2023, the Pangyo headquarters will feature a nature-friendly "Green Office" concept utilizing plants.
Various plants will be placed on the upper floors and sides of the building to convey both stability and dynamism, creating a natural and eco-friendly landscape. Additionally, a garden will be included inside the building to serve as a resting and communication space for employees.

So Jin-se, Chairman of Kyochon F&B, said, "The Pangyo headquarters will be a solid growth foundation for Kyochon as it leaps forward as a global comprehensive food and dining company," adding, "It will accelerate changes and innovations in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era in a more creative environment."
