For this metaverse interview, Lotte Foods created a metaverse space modeled after its headquarters. Applicants prepared in a virtual waiting room designed as an office space, and when it was their turn, they entered the interview room space to conduct video interviews. While waiting for the interview, they could also explore Lotte Foods' virtual office space.
Meanwhile, the 20th class of Hidden Supporters held an inauguration ceremony on the 3rd and began full-scale activities. They will carry out various marketing-related activities for six months. These include content marketing through social networking services (SNS), expressing opinions of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) through surveys and interviews, team projects such as establishing marketing strategies based on trend analysis, and developing new product ideas.

A Lotte Foods official stated, “We designed the metaverse space to resemble the actual space to help relieve tension while waiting for the interview,” adding, “There were also applicants’ impressions that the interview was conducted enjoyably because it felt more realistic and friendly than typical non-face-to-face interviews.”
