"Strengthening Mid-Range Line" Samsung's 'Galaxy M22' Launch Imminent... Up to 6000mAh
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Samsung Electronics, which has been strengthening its mid-to-low price lineup recently, is expected to unveil another budget smartphone, the 'Galaxy M22,' soon.
On the 4th (local time), IT specialized media GSM Arena and others reported, citing Samsung Electronics' Singapore and Malaysia websites, that the M22 will be released soon. The Galaxy M series is a low-cost smartphone line available only online.
The M22 is expected to be equipped with a MediaTek Helio G80 processor, 4GB of memory, and 128GB of storage capacity. For users needing additional storage, a microSD slot supporting up to 1TB is likely to be provided.
The display will feature a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. The camera setup is expected to include a quad-camera system on the rear: a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.

Additionally, there are speculations that the M22 will house a large-capacity battery of up to 6000mAh. It is also reported to support fast charging at up to 25 watts (W). According to previously leaked render images, the phone will be available in at least three colors: Black, Blue, and White, with a European price estimated at around 240 euros (approximately 330,000 KRW).
