This agreement aims to enhance customer experience and strengthen each company's service competitiveness through mutual cooperation by utilizing Bomap's digital insurance capabilities and PeopleLife's offline sales know-how.
The two companies plan to flexibly respond to changes in the digital financial ecosystem by sharing Bomap's data-driven platform and PeopleLife's nationwide walk-in store operation experience.
They will provide customized financial portfolio services through financial product sales platforms, focus their capabilities on their respective roles to increase productivity, and simultaneously continue efforts to realize customer satisfaction.
Hyun Hak-jin, Chairman of PeopleLife, said, "This will be a major growth driver for achieving the company's vision of responding to the rapid paradigm shift in the insurance sales market and advancing as a specialized financial product sales company," adding, "We plan to continue various attempts and efforts to provide optimized services to customers."
