View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education has developed a digital sexual crime prevention educational play kit for the first time nationwide and distributed it to elementary, middle, and high schools in the region.
According to the Office of Education on the 2nd, as students' online activity time increased due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and the risk of exposure to digital sexual crimes rose, the school sex education teachers directly developed the play kit as a preventive education measure.
The digital sexual crime prevention play kit, DscO (Disco: abbreviation for Digital sexual crime Out) game, was developed in two types: a board game for elementary students and a card game for middle and high school students, according to developmental stages.
In particular, it can be used with the revised sex education concentrated grade curriculum guidebook distributed last June, and plans to expand distribution to other metropolitan and provincial offices of education are also under discussion.
