Official Introduction of a 2.9% Flat-Rate Commission for Travel, Accommodation, and Performance Partners
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Wemakeprice is expanding its '2.9% flat-rate commission' system, which started in April, to non-delivery partners such as travel, accommodation, and performances.
Wemakeprice announced on the 1st that it will officially operate the 2.9% commission policy for partners in the travel, accommodation, and performance product categories starting in September. With this decision, all partners on Wemakeprice will be subject to a 2.9% flat-rate commission across all product categories in the future. The 2.9% commission also includes PG (payment gateway) fees.
The 2.9% flat-rate commission system significantly reduces the commission burden for partners. In fact, among partners who applied the 2.9% commission in July, 93.2% experienced commission savings compared to the same period last year. Notably, 65.4% of them reduced their commissions by more than 80%.
Partners who want additional sales growth can voluntarily participate in special discount events. When participating in Wemakeprice's representative special discount events such as ▲Today’s Special ▲Super Time Special, partners only bear the promotional costs based on sales amount. The return on advertising spend (ROAS) is also guaranteed at 5000%.

A Wemakeprice official said, "By introducing the 2.9% flat-rate commission regardless of delivery or non-delivery, we are strengthening our role as a commerce platform connecting consumers and sellers," adding, "Wemakeprice users will also receive better products, prices, and benefits in the travel, accommodation, and performance categories."
