BBC reported on the 27th (local time) that Tom Cruise's BMW X7, parked outside a hotel while filming in Birmingham, was stolen.
Local police stated that the BMW X7 theft occurred on Church Street in Birmingham on the morning of the 24th, but the vehicle was soon found nearby.
The Sun reported that Cruise's security team found the car the next day, but the belongings inside had disappeared.
According to the media outlet, the thieves used a method involving scanners to replicate the signal from the car's smart key.
