[2022 Early Admission] Hansung University, 100% Holistic Review Documents... No CSAT Criteria for Curriculum II
Hansung University will select 1,272 students, which is 77% of the total enrollment quota for the 2022 academic year, through early admission. A notable aspect of the early admission is that students can enter without distinguishing detailed majors within the same faculty and can freely choose their major when advancing to the second year.
Applicants with excellent academic records are recommended to apply through the Student Record Academic Achievement Track, considering the minimum CSAT score requirements. Students who have diligently participated in school clubs or student council activities are recommended to apply through the Student Record Comprehensive Hansung Talent Track. Additionally, students from farming and fishing villages, graduates of specialized high schools, and employees of specialized high schools fall under the Student Record Comprehensive Track, so applicants should carefully check the selection methods and eligibility before applying. Except for some specific departments, most evening faculties (departments) are operated at Hansung University, and cross-enrollment between day and night classes is also possible.
The Academic Achievement Track selects students 100% based on student records (academic subjects) and is divided into Academic I (342 students), which applies the minimum CSAT score criteria, and Academic II (240 students), which does not. For Academic I, the sum of the CSAT grades in two subjects must be within 7 grades for day programs and within 8 grades for evening programs. Korean, English, and Mathematics are common subjects, and Social Studies is reflected for humanities, social sciences, fashion, and beauty fields, while Science is reflected for engineering fields, so applicants should consider their student record (academic) grades when choosing the program. It is advisable to select the track, Academic I or Academic II, that is more advantageous based on whether the minimum CSAT score criteria are met.

The Student Record Comprehensive Track will recruit 300 students, an increase of 79 from last year. In the Hansung Talent Track, the weight of document evaluation (non-academic areas of the school record and self-introduction letter) has been expanded from 80% to 100%. Since the student record (academic) ratio is not reflected at all, students who consider their academic records somewhat disadvantageous may also apply. A blind evaluation of high schools was introduced last year. There are no separate interviews or minimum CSAT score requirements.
The Department of Literary and Cultural Contents and the Department of AI Applications have been newly established within the College of Creative Convergence. The Department of Literary and Cultural Contents plans to recruit 25 students for day classes and 18 for evening classes through Academic I, and 15 for day classes and 12 for evening classes through Academic II.
