Hwasun-gun Supports 'Housing Purchase Loan Interest' for Newlyweds and Multichild Families
Recruitment of Participants from Next Month 1 to October 5... Up to 150,000 KRW per Month for 36 Months Support
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Gu Chung-gon) is providing support for ‘housing purchase loan interest’ to alleviate the housing cost burden for newlyweds and multi-child families and to create a favorable environment for childbirth and child-rearing.
The county announced on the 27th that it will recruit applicants for the ‘Newlywed and Multi-child Family Housing Support Project,’ which provides housing purchase loan interest support, from next month 1st to October 5th.
Support will be provided up to 150,000 KRW per month for a maximum of 36 months.
Eligibility includes newlywed couples and multi-child families without housing registered and residing in Hwasun-gun who purchased a house between November last year and September this year and passed loan screening by institutions such as the Korea Housing Finance Corporation.
Newlywed couples must have a combined annual income of 85 million KRW or less, both spouses must be 49 years old or younger, and the loan screening application date must be within 7 years from the marriage registration date.
Engaged couples who plan to register their marriage within 3 months from the loan execution date are also included.
Multi-child families must have a combined annual income of 100 million KRW or less, have two or more minor children, and at least one child must be 12 years old or younger.
After document screening including income level, 12 households will be selected in November.
Applicants should visit their local eup/myeon administrative welfare center with the required documents issued after the announcement date to apply.
