The hotel stated, "This product was specially designed to allow customers who want to express their gratitude with a high-end holiday gift to enjoy premium daegalbi at home."
Nakwon Yangnyeom Daegalbi is made by carefully selecting only the most tender and meaty daegalbi ribs, removing the extra fat, and using 100% pure rib meat to enhance quality. The special seasoning sauce, crafted by a master chef with 38 years of culinary experience, contains over 10 types of fresh ingredients including fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel also mentioned that the long-standing secret of Nakwon's low-temperature aging process further enhances the meat's tender texture. The price is 230,000 KRW for 2 kg.
