[Asia Economy Reporter Na Ye-eun] A motorcyclist was killed after being hit by a large cargo truck on a road near Seolleung Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
According to Suseo Police Station, around 11:30 a.m. on the 26th, delivery motorcyclist A (in his 40s) was struck and killed on the spot by a 23-ton cargo truck at an intersection near Seolleung Station. The motorcycle, which was waiting for the signal, moved forward in front of the stationary cargo truck, and when the signal changed, the truck hit the motorcycle as it was.
The truck driver B (in his 60s) reportedly did not notice A in front of him due to the high driver's seat at the time.

One netizen said, "I was on the opposite side at the time of the accident, and it was very heartbreaking and upsetting. At first, a passerby covered (A) with their coat."
