Tomorrow Nationwide Cloudy with Rain... Up to 150mm Heavy Rain in Chungnam and Southern Regions
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] On Friday the 27th, the whole country is expected to be mostly cloudy with rain.
The rain will start in the early morning on the west coast of Chungnam and Jeonnam and is expected to expand nationwide by daytime. In the central region, the rain will gradually stop from night.
Expected precipitation amounts are 30~100mm (over 150mm in some areas) in Chungcheong and southern regions, 10~60mm in the metropolitan area (excluding northern Gyeonggi) and southern Gangwon Yeongseo, and 5~30mm in northern Gyeonggi, Gangwon (excluding southern Yeongseo), Ulleungdo, and Dokdo.
The morning low temperatures will range from 19 to 24 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs are expected to be 24 degrees in Seoul, 30 degrees in Daegu, with a distribution of 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good to Moderate' across all regions due to the influence of rain.
The Korea Meteorological Administration reported that there will be gusts of wind along with thunder and lightning in the seas of the West Sea, South Sea, southern East Sea, and Jeju, and dense fog is expected in some parts of the West Sea, so caution is advised for maritime safety accidents.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
