Jeon Hae-cheol, head of the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters (Minister of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety), emphasized that as the preceding rainfall continues to accumulate, the possibility of damage is increasing, and requested continuous inspections and necessary measures in mountainous valleys, riversides, and low-lying areas where there is a risk of casualties.
