On this day, a council was formed with 35 representatives from Namdong Industrial Complex, including 18 smart factory adopting companies, 5 mini-clusters, and 5 economic organizations, and appointment letters were awarded to 3 representatives among the committee members. A special lecture on smart factory development plans to strengthen the smart manufacturing innovation capabilities of companies within Namdong Industrial Complex was also conducted.
The Incheon Namdong Advanced Smart Manufacturing Workforce Training Project is being promoted over two years starting this year, aiming to establish a foundation for training advanced personnel in the Smart Green Industrial Complex, fostering core talents for manufacturing innovation, and creating quality jobs.
