HanmiGlobal Ranked 10th in ENR's 'Top 10 Global CM·PM Firms' in the US
Ranked 10th Worldwide in Total Domestic and International Sales, Also 10th in Overseas Sales
The Only Domestic CM·PM Company... Establishing Itself as a Global Construction Project Management Firm
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] HanmiGlobal announced on the 24th that it ranked 10th in the world in the global construction management (CM·PM) sector in the ‘2021 ENR Top International Survey’ released by the U.S. construction and engineering magazine ENR (Engineering News Record).
This ranking is for CM·PM companies excluding the United States (Top 20 Non-U.S Firm in Total Global CM/PM Fees). HanmiGlobal recorded 10th place worldwide, rising one step from last year, with a total domestic and international revenue of $241.3 million (approximately 284.7 billion KRW). In terms of overseas revenue, it also rose six places from last year to 10th place with $147.5 million (approximately 174.1 billion KRW), solidifying its position in the global market. HanmiGlobal is the only domestic CM·PM company selected within the top 20 worldwide.
ENR compiles the sales performance of global companies annually and announces the world rankings by company. HanmiGlobal has consistently been ranked within the top 20 since first entering the list at 18th place in 2005 with sales of $32.5 million.
HanmiGlobal, established in 1996 as a Project Management (PM) specialized company, supports or undertakes tasks for clients by utilizing specialized knowledge and technology for efficient management of construction projects. It has executed over 2,600 projects domestically and internationally, including Seoul World Cup Stadium, Lotte World Tower, Jangbogo Antarctic Research Station, and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Since the early 2000s, it has actively entered overseas markets and currently manages construction projects in various fields such as skyscrapers, energy plants, and infrastructure in 59 countries worldwide.
Despite the economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic last year, HanmiGlobal expanded its business areas and achieved high performance. In particular, increased sales in high-tech sectors such as semiconductor factories, data centers, and logistics center construction drove the performance growth, and renewable energy-related businesses such as solar power generation projects are also continuously expanding.
