Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station Takes Proactive Measures Ahead of Typhoon 'Omais' Approaching North
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangju Gwangsan Fire Station (Chief Song Seonghun) announced on the 23rd that it has taken preemptive measures as Typhoon No. 12 "Omais" approaches.
They strengthened emergency rescue readiness by conducting inspections and surveillance activities in areas at risk of damage such as Jangnokgyo and Sewolgyo bridges, maintaining 100% operational status of flood control equipment, and checking personal safety equipment of on-site personnel.
Gwangsan Fire Station plans to make every effort to minimize casualties and property damage.
