The grand prize, with a cash award of 3 million KRW, was awarded to Kim Seong-eun, a first-year student in the Department of Broadcasting and Video at Dongseo University, for producing "Goodbye to Electric Shock Accidents."
The content emphasizes that the risk of electric shock accidents, which can easily occur in daily life, can be prevented by simply knowing basic safety rules.
