President Park holds a master's degree in business administration from Sungkyunkwan University and worked in the sales and marketing field at Hanmi Pharmaceutical for 27 years. After retiring in 2015 as the head of the sales division, he served as vice president at Inist BioPharmaceuticals for four years, gaining experience in development, sales, marketing, and management.

President Park stated, "We will promptly resolve the various adversities faced in the first half of the year, strengthen internal cohesion, and build a sales and marketing organization focused on new drugs to contribute to the transformation into a global pharmaceutical company." He added, "We will lay the foundation to ensure that Vibozone's innovative new drug research and development achievements, including the non-narcotic analgesic Opiranserin and the follow-up oral analgesic and addiction treatment candidate VVZ-2471, translate into tangible sales."
