A chatbot is a type of computer program that can communicate via text, offering the advantage of enabling mobile consultations 24 hours a day, year-round.
With the chatbot launch on this day, users of local gift certificates can conveniently receive consultations regarding the purchase or use of local gift certificates at their preferred time.
The Minting Corporation will also provide various services such as urgent service notices, promotions, and alerts using the chatbot. Additionally, it plans to continuously upgrade related services by utilizing big data accumulated during customer interactions.
