Jung Cheol-dong, President of LG Innotek, Receives 1.606 Billion KRW in Compensation for First Half of the Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Jung Cheol-dong, CEO of LG Innotek, received a total compensation of 1.606 billion KRW in the first half of this year.
According to LG Innotek's semi-annual report on the 17th, CEO Jung received a total of 1.606 billion KRW, including a salary of 592 million KRW, a bonus of 975 million KRW, and other income of 39 million KRW in the first half.
LG Innotek explained the bonus paid to CEO Jung by stating, "Considering the increase in sales revenue from 8.3021 trillion KRW in 2019 to 9.6296 trillion KRW in 2020, related to financial indicators, as well as the continuous expansion of the optical business, establishment of the automotive business foundation, and business restructuring improvements for qualitative growth of the business structure related to non-financial indicators, leadership was demonstrated to achieve management goals."

In addition, Executive Director Heo Dong-young received 1.427 billion KRW, Executive Director Lee Deuk-jung received 1.277 billion KRW in the first half, and Managing Directors Park Chang-gon and Kim Hee-jeon received 819 million KRW and 579 million KRW respectively.
