According to Jindo County on the 17th, at around 9:40 a.m. on the 14th, the head of Team A of the Infectious Disease Response Team in the Health Administration Division at the Jindo County Health Center (54, female) collapsed while working.
After emergency measures, Team A leader was immediately transported to a hospital within Jindo County for treatment and is reported to be in stable condition without life-threatening issues.
At the time, her face was pale, and her blood pressure was quite high, the county health center reported.
The Team A leader, who oversees the COVID-19 situation, had been on emergency duty for about 10 days from the 4th to the 14th, managing 7,585 diagnostic tests, 37 epidemiological investigations, and classification of 823 quarantined individuals. She was reportedly carrying a sense of responsibility and burden due to critical media reports during this process.
