On the 13th, a black box video was released on the YouTube channel 'Han Moon-cheol TV' showing a man kicking a vehicle waiting at a crosswalk signal and causing a disturbance.
At around 7 a.m. on the 11th, the man, who was sitting on the sidewalk block next to the crosswalk, approached the driver of the vehicle waiting at the signal and kicked the car's bumper, trunk, and side mirror multiple times. When the vehicle moved forward to avoid him, the man approached the black box vehicle behind and kicked the front part of that vehicle again.
A, who reported as the son of the black box vehicle driver, said, "When my father got out to protest, the man said he wanted to be taken to a hospital," and added, "He also apparently said the same to the driver of the vehicle in front, who shouted back, 'Why don't you just take a taxi?'"
A said, "After calling 112, the police arrived, but the man kicked at the police car as well and was arrested on the spot," and added, "The man's mental state did not seem normal. If the perpetrator's family reaches a settlement, it will be handled smoothly, but if not, what should we do?"

Regarding this, Attorney Han Moon-cheol advised, "This constitutes property damage. If the perpetrator does not pay, the family must take responsibility. If they refuse, since the perpetrator is clearly at fault, it can be handled through the vehicle insurance and a claim for reimbursement can be filed."
