Sejonghakdang Foundation Reappoints Actor Lee Minho as Ambassador
"I Will Take the Lead in Promoting K-Content and Sejonghakdang"
The Sejong Institute Foundation announced on the 13th that actor Lee Min-ho has been reappointed as its ambassador. He is a Hallyu star who has been selected as the most preferred Korean actor overseas for three consecutive years in the "Overseas Hallyu Survey" conducted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange. He has secured a broad fan base by appearing in nineteen dramas and films, including "Boys Over Flowers" and "The Legend of the Blue Sea." Since 2019, he has appeared in promotional videos for the Sejong Institute, helping to share the beauty of the Korean language and culture with the world. Lee Min-ho, whose activities have been extended until next year, said, "I was moved by seeing foreigners around the world communicate and take an interest in and enjoy the Korean language and culture," adding, "I will take the lead in promoting various K-contents and the Sejong Institute."
