Nurse Assistant Arrested and Sentenced for Sexual Harassment and Illegal Filming of Female Patient During Sedation Endoscopy
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] A male nursing assistant who sexually assaulted and illegally filmed a female patient while she was asleep after a sedation endoscopy has been handed over to the prosecution in custody.
On the 12th, the Seocho Police Station in Seoul announced that they had sent Mr. A, a male nursing assistant in his 20s, to the prosecution in custody on charges of quasi-forcible molestation, quasi-rape, and illegal filming under the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes.
Mr. A is accused of touching and filming patients who were asleep after undergoing sedation endoscopy at a hospital in Seocho-gu dozens of times from October last year to April this year.
