Seoul City Approves 4 Projects Including Bangbae Sindonga Reconstruction... Total Supply of 3,238 Households
Reconstruction Accelerates for Gangnam Area Apartments Including Bangbae Sindonga and Jamsil Miseong Croba
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] A total of four building plans, including the reconstruction of Sindonga Apartments in Bangbae, Seocho-gu, Seoul, have been approved. Through this, it is expected that more than 3,000 households will be supplied in Seoul alone.
On the 10th, Seoul City held the 15th Architecture Committee meeting and announced on the 12th that it approved building plans for four projects: ▲Reconstruction of Sindonga in Bangbae, Seocho-gu ▲Reconstruction of Miseong Clover in Jamsil, Songpa-gu ▲Remodeling of Sangnok Tower in Gwangjang-dong, Gwangjin-gu ▲New construction of a residential-commercial complex at 19-100 Sinsa-dong, Eunpyeong-gu.
The four projects that passed the Architecture Committee review this time consist of a total of 3,238 units, including 3,188 apartment units and 50 officetel units.
The supply scale is 1,850 units for the reconstruction of Miseong Clover in Jamsil, Songpa-gu; 847 units for the reconstruction of Sindonga in Bangbae; 229 units for the remodeling of Sangnok Tower Apartments in Gwangjin-gu; and for the new residential-commercial complex at 19-100 Sinsa-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, 262 apartment units and 50 officetel units.
The Sindonga reconstruction project in Bangbae plans to supply 110 of the 847 units as rental housing. The unit sizes are planned targeting 2- to 5-person households, with exclusive areas of 59㎡ type (82 units) and 84㎡ type (28 units), and the layout, floor plan, elevation, and finishing materials will be applied identically to the sale housing units.
For Miseong Clover in Jamsil, 196 of the 1,850 units will be supplied as long-term rental housing for 3- to 4-person households. Additionally, a building-integrated photovoltaic system will be installed on the south-facing elevation of the main building, which receives more than 5 hours of sunlight.
