Yeonggwang-gun Conducts Special Quarantine Inspection of Private Indoor Sports Facilities
[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Jeollanam-do Yeonggwang-gun (Governor Kim Junsung) announced on the 12th that it conducted indoor disinfection and special inspections targeting 44 private indoor sports facilities in the area to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The county carried out indoor disinfection with the consent of each facility owner to prevent the rapidly increasing COVID-19 cases nationwide, and simultaneously checked compliance with key quarantine rules such as maintaining visitor logs, mandatory mask-wearing for workers and users, and keeping facility disinfection records.
A county official stated, “Although inspections and disinfection are conducted weekly at private indoor sports facilities, mask-wearing by workers and users is extremely important to prevent the spread of COVID-19,” and added, “When visiting facilities used by unspecified many people, please be sure to wear a mask and strictly follow quarantine guidelines to prevent COVID-19.”
