View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] The "43rd Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Minister's Cup National High School Soccer Tournament" will be held from the 16th to the 29th at Goseong-gun Sports Town and Donggoseong Sports Facilities in Goseong, Gyeongnam.
This tournament, held for the third consecutive time in Goseong, is co-hosted by the Korea Football Association and MBC Gyeongnam, and jointly organized by MBC Gyeongnam, the Gyeongnam Football Association, and the Goseong-gun Football Association.
The tournament features 49 high school soccer teams and about 1,500 promising players, divided into 13 groups for the preliminary pool league, followed by a round of 26 knockout stage to determine the strongest high school soccer team.
The event will be held without spectators, and all matches will be broadcast live on MBC Gyeongnam's YouTube channel. The final match will be broadcast on the MBC Gyeongnam TV channel at 2:50 PM on the 29th.
The county is cooperating with related organizations to prepare guidelines for emergency situations and is thoroughly managing hygiene by visiting restaurants and lodging facilities where the teams stay.
