Gyeongnam Province Reports 9 New COVID-19 Cases Overnight... Most Linked to Existing Patients
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongnam Province announced on the 12th that 9 new COVID-19 cases were confirmed in the province after 5 p.m. on the 11th.
By region, 8 cases were reported in Changwon and 1 case in Jinju.
The one case in Jinju is a Pakistani entrant, and the rest are local infections.
Among the confirmed cases in Changwon, 6 were infected through contact with existing confirmed cases in the province, including family and acquaintances.
The infection routes of the remaining 2 cases are under investigation.
