Kia's First Brand Experience Space... Renewed Based on New Brand Strategy
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Kia announced on the 12th that its brand experience space 'Kia360 (formerly BEAT360)' located in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul, has completed its renovation and reopened.
'Kia360' is Kia's first brand experience space, opened in June 2017. It was created to allow customers to naturally feel the brand's sensibility based on empathy, participation, and communication.
Kia explained that through this renewal, 'Kia360' has been reborn as a space proposing a future mobility lifestyle centered on electrification and sustainable mobility solutions, based on the new brand strategy announced earlier this year.
The name of the brand experience space was also changed from the previous 'BEAT360' to 'Kia360' to signify Kia's commitment to leading and supporting customers' mobility lives.
The exterior design of 'Kia360' has been newly renovated using Kia's new brand colors, Midnight Black and Polar White, and various lighting effects can be created depending on the time of day.
The interior spans 570 pyeong and is composed of three experiential zones with different concepts: Brand & Design Zone, EV Life Zone, and Kia User Zone. Each space is connected 360 degrees to allow visitors to experience the new Kia from multiple perspectives.
The Brand & Design Zone is a space where visitors can experience 'Kia,' reborn with a new name and brand. It is composed of 'New Journey,' 'Inspiring Universe,' and 'Opposites United.'
The EV Life Zone is a space to experience the mobility life of the electrification era. It plans to offer content such as 'EV Charge,' where visitors can check various information related to electric vehicles including chargers, and 'EV Ride,' where visitors can feel the driving sensation of electric vehicles through virtual driving.
The Kia User Zone consists of a customized consultation space for customers considering vehicle purchase, as well as spaces providing various driving-related information such as 'EV Tap & Tip' and 'AI Stage.'
