'Real Estate Market Inspection Ministerial Meeting' Held on the 11th

Hong Nam-ki, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategy and Finance, announced this on the 11th during a meeting of related ministers to review the real estate market at the Government Seoul Office.
Deputy Prime Minister Hong said, "Today, as part of promoting housing supply in the metropolitan area, we intend to discuss detailed plans for supplying approximately 3,200 housing units by utilizing the relocated military base site in Namyangju City. Based on the results, we plan to approve and announce specific project consignment and development plans through the State Property Policy Deliberation Committee on the 12th."
He explained, "For the three project sites in the metropolitan area, including the Namyangju military base site, we will expedite the approval procedures such as designation of public housing districts."
