Project Sleep Launches Second Crowdfunding for Bed Frame 'Block Frame'
Sleep specialist brand Project Sleep announced that it is conducting the second crowdfunding for the assembly bed frame 'Block Frame' through the crowdfunding platform Wadiz. The funding will recruit supporters until the 6th of next month.
Project Sleep successfully completed the first Block Frame crowdfunding by exceeding the target funding amount of 10 million KRW.
The Block Frame is inspired by assembly block toys and is designed to allow simple yet stable assembly of the bed slats. It uses reinforced plastic material that is not easily affected by temperature and humidity, ensuring durability and no deformation at the joints during use.
The support structure composed of slats instead of a solid panel facilitates ventilation, protecting the mattress from mold and moisture. The frame cover, woven from high-quality fabric sofa material, is washable and replaceable, allowing hygienic bedding management.
Another feature is adjustable height. If you have pain in your waist or knees, you can assemble the leg parts to use it as a higher bed that reduces the range of movement. Conversely, if you want to secure more space or prefer a low bed due to children, you can use it as a low-profile bed by excluding the frame legs.
A Project Sleep official said, "The Block Frame is the result of design and engineering in collaboration with global five-star hotel bed experts," adding, "We confidently recommend Project Sleep's Block Frame to those looking for a super single or queen bed frame."

Milwaukee Introduces Three 'Cooling Tools' to Bring Coolness to Hot Worksites
Workers exposed to hot weather for long hours often suffer from dizziness and headaches even after work. According to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency, since the start of the recent heatwave (as of July 28), 869 cases of heat-related illnesses have been reported, which is 2.4 times higher than the previous year. There have been 12 deaths, the highest in the past three years.
To protect workers exposed to heat hazards at worksites, premium power tool brand Milwaukee introduces three 'Cooling Tools' that provide coolness.
The 'M18 Cordless Fan' is a wireless fan operated by Milwaukee's M18 (18V) battery. When equipped with a 5.0Ah battery, it can operate up to 17 hours in low power mode. It has three speed settings and a maximum airflow of 476㎥, reaching up to 12 meters. Additionally, it features four mounting holes for wall attachment and a compact design that maximizes portability, providing convenience for various worksite situations.
The 'Packout 15L Compact Cooler,' which can keep contents cold at the same temperature even in the hot midsummer field, is ideal for harsh outdoor work environments. This product can keep the internal temperature cold for up to 30 hours and features IP65-rated dust and water resistance, preventing water leakage inside the cooler and protecting contents from dust and moisture in various external conditions. It also uses polymer material, making it highly durable and resistant to damage from external impacts. The compact cooler is compatible with all Milwaukee custom toolboxes in the 'Packout System.'
The 'Packout Soft Icebox' offers twice the cooling power compared to regular iceboxes, keeping contents cold for up to 24 hours. It features a polymer base with high impact resistance to protect contents from water, abrasion, and shocks on the floor, and an internal design with a leak-proof liner to prevent water from melting and leaking or wetting the bag surface. Additionally, pockets on the front and both sides, a tape measure clip, and a bottle opener enhance user convenience. The soft icebox is compatible with all Milwaukee custom toolboxes in the 'Packout System.'
