Seoul Social Service Institute Announces Open Recruitment for New CEO and Auditor Executives
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Seoul Social Service Institute announced on the 5th that it will publicly recruit foundation executives until the 17th. A total of two positions are open for recruitment: one full-time CEO and one part-time auditor. The term of office for executives is three years for the CEO and two years for the auditor from the date of appointment, with the possibility of renewal on a yearly basis.
The newly appointed CEO through the public recruitment will serve as the leader of the Seoul Social Service Institute, overseeing all foundation operations including various projects and policies for public care. The part-time auditor will be responsible for auditing the foundation’s affairs and accounting.
Eligibility requirements include not falling under the disqualification criteria for executives as stated in Article 10 of the Act on the Operation of Local Government-Funded Institutions and Article 10 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Seoul Social Service Institute. Applicants must meet specific academic and career qualifications and possess ▲visionary and strategic thinking abilities ▲extensive expertise and experience in related fields ▲problem-solving and organizational management skills.
The application period for the executive recruitment at the Seoul Social Service Institute is until the 17th. Applications can be submitted via registered mail, direct visit, or email, and must arrive by 6 p.m. on the deadline day to be valid. Once applications are complete, the Executive Recommendation Committee of the Seoul Social Service Institute will conduct a first-round document screening and a second-round interview, then recommend more than twice the number of candidates to the Mayor of Seoul, who will make the final appointment.
