Yuyu Pharma Signs 7 Billion KRW Factory Expansion Investment Agreement with Jecheon-si, Chungbuk
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Yuyu Pharma signed an investment agreement worth 7 billion KRW on the 4th to expand its Jecheon factory in Jecheon-si, Chungbuk.
Through this investment agreement, Yuyu Pharma will invest approximately 7 billion KRW in the Jecheon factory, which has an area of about 1,176.19㎡. By May next year, various advanced facilities, including quality control analysis equipment compliant with GMP, will be introduced, and the logistics warehouse for storage and distribution management of finished pharmaceuticals will be expanded.
Lee Sang-cheon, Mayor of Jecheon-si, said, "Despite the period of reduced corporate investment due to COVID-19, we are grateful for Yuyu Pharma's investment decision," and added, "We expect Yuyu Pharma and Jecheon-si to become a role model for a win-win partnership, and the city will provide wholehearted support."
