[Jeonju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] Jeonju City announced on the 4th that it will operate a monitoring team that directly boards city buses to evaluate user satisfaction.

The monitoring team will ride city buses directly for four months until November and conduct satisfaction evaluations in three areas?operation status, kindness, and vehicle management?covering 10 items.
Citizen monitors will receive one hour of volunteer time credit per evaluation, up to 30 hours per month, and those who participate more than seven times a month will be paid a monthly activity fee of 10,000 KRW. Outstanding participants will also receive commendations at the end of the year.
