Major violations include uncertified seed potatoes, unregistered seed businesses, and failure to display quality labels. By product category, seed potatoes accounted for 11 cases (37%), fruit tree seedlings 7 cases (23%), vegetables 7 cases (23%), flowers 2 cases (7%), and others 3 cases (10%). By business type, 26 seed sellers (87%), 3 seed business operators (10%), and 1 seedling grower (3%) were caught.
