Pulmuone Launches Integrated Online Shopping Mall '#Pulmuone'
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Pulmuone announced on the 2nd that it will launch ‘#Pulmuone,’ an online shopping mall that integrates all of Pulmuone’s brand online malls.
‘#Pulmuone’ is an integrated online shopping mall that brings together Pulmuone’s representative affiliates such as Pulmuone Foods, Pulmuone Health & Living, Pulmuone Green Juice, and Orga Whole Foods. Previously, the shopping malls were operated separately by each affiliate, but now they have been integrated to allow consumers to access all of Pulmuone’s products and services more conveniently.
The product lineup has been strengthened by encompassing Pulmuone products that consider health and the environment, including fresh foods, processed foods, health supplements, health drinks, daily delivery lunchboxes (EatSlim), as well as lifestyle, kitchen, pet supplies, and beauty products.
The core of ‘#Pulmuone’ is a shopping mall linked to Pulmuone’s corporate value of LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability, activities for practicing values for my health and the earth’s sustainability). It plans to develop into a unique online shopping mall by putting sustainability at the forefront.
A dedicated section called ‘LOHAS Hall,’ which selects LOHAS value products, has also been newly established and will be operated as a key corner. ‘LOHAS Hall’ is subdivided into seven categories: pesticide-free, organic, low-carbon agriculture, antibiotic-free, organic livestock, sustainable seafood, animal welfare, vegan, plant-based protein, and eco-friendly foods.
To maximize consumer convenience, functional aspects have also been enhanced. The platform was built on a cloud basis, and various service monitoring was strengthened to ensure stability and efficiency. UI/UX (user interface and experience) and loading speed were improved to greatly enhance usability, and security was reinforced to protect customer information.
Additionally, a search engine was developed with in-house technology to provide food-specialized search functions. Using search filters specialized for food, such as certified products and storage methods, users can easily find the products they want. Detailed product information is also provided. On the product detail page, four types of certification information (HACCP certification, organic certification, pesticide-free certification, animal welfare certification) and food nutrition information can be checked at a glance.
