This plan includes promoting vaccination for unvaccinated elderly people aged 60 and over to protect the elderly, who are at high risk of severe illness and death if infected during the '4th wave.'
Accordingly, unvaccinated individuals aged 75 and over can make individual reservations at vaccination centers and receive the Pfizer vaccine without a separate designated period.

Unvaccinated individuals aged 60 to 74 can select the vaccination date and institution through advance reservations held from the 2nd to the 31st of next month and receive the AstraZeneca vaccine (AZ) between the 5th of next month and September 3rd. The interval for their second dose is scheduled to be 8 weeks.
